What struck you about the way in which this specific topic/theme is presented in the play? How did reading the play and processing the interpretation of this topic impact you? Won't Take No For An Answer, was an article that displayed the character Mama within the play. She was a person that was unmoved by the war or threats of the soldiers, because she stood her ground against the men of the war as she was happy within her position. She was a woman who didn't ask for respect, but demanded it. I thought that both the play 'Ruined' and the article 'Won't Take No For An Answer' went hand and hand because of the characters within it.
